Join us this fall season at The Woods Arts & Wellness: visual arts, nature therapy, yoga for wellbeing, meditation, and music therapy groups led by registered counsellors and facilitators.

Connect, find balance, and explore in our serene studio and in nearby nature. All experience levels are welcome.

Please note: We offer tiered pricing for drop-in groups. Tiered pricing ensures our organization remains both sustainable and accessible. Each session has a set price comparable or below industry standards, but we will continue to offer flexible sliding scale payment options to accommodate various financial needs. Learn more here.
