Body-Based Therapy

Body-based therapy is an umbrella term for a variety of therapies that focuses on the connection between the mind-body. It incorporates techniques such as breathing, movement, and touch to help individuals process and release physical and emotional tension, trauma, and stress that are stored in the body. Our therapists are trained in various body-based approaches including: somatic experiencing, developmental somatic psychotherapy, dance and movement therapy, yoga, and craniosacral therapy.
