As of February 1st, 2025, we are updating our counselling session rates to align with the guidelines set by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Although all of our therapists are specialized, we’re choosing to keep rates at their lowest recommended rate (see below). This change ensures we can continue to provide exceptional care to our community while maintaining accessibility for those in need. 

Effective February 1, 2025: 

• 50-minute counselling (In-person and virtual) appointments will be $150 (previously $135) 

• 80-minute counselling (in-person and virtual) appointments will be $225 (previously $200) 

• 50-min Income Based Counselling (in-person and virtual) appointments will now start at $70 per session to work with a registered counsellor*  

*Please note that any client currently in the Income-Based Counselling program will continue to pay their previously agreed upon rate until their 12-session package is complete.  

We are proud to remain one of the more affordable options for professional counselling in our area, and we’re here to support those with financial challenges.
