Philosophical Foundation
I firmly believe that our life experiences shape our identity and that we possess the innate capacity to engage in our healing process actively. My therapeutic philosophy centers on the body’s inherent wisdom and the psyche’s potential to reconnect with this wisdom. I am dedicated to facilitating this reconnection, fostering resilience, and helping clients unlock their full potential through an integrative, body-mind approach.
Professional Background
With a background as a Craniosacral Therapy practitioner since 2010, I bring a deep understanding of the body's nervous system to my practice. My commitment to professional development has led me to extensive study and application of breathwork, movement therapy, psychology, body-mind connection, and meditation techniques. This diverse expertise enables me to offer a comprehensive and nuanced approach to therapy.
Therapeutic Approach
Individuals often encounter challenges that impede their ability to connect with themselves, their relationships, and their broader life context. These challenges may arise from specific traumatic events or an inherent need for personal transformation. My therapeutic methodology integrates Art Therapy, Integrative Somatic Therapy, Depth Psychology, and Emotional Freedom Technique, aiming to holistically address and heal trauma and defenses ingrained in both the body and mind.
