Come enjoy the pleasure of art making with a trained art therapist and RCC. No experience necessary.

For anyone identifying as an older adult who is interested in seeking support for well-being through the use of art making.

This group is open to anyone in the community who is interested in music to increase well-being.

Mondays 3:30-4:30pm

Through movement, play, and art making, these young participants will have the opportunity to explore their edges, find support, and provide them with resources to address their struggles.

This group is for members of the community interested in joining music therapy as a way to connect to others.
